In 1998, Nicholas Perring completed his diploma in joinery and cabinet making through a 5-year apprenticeship in Cape Town, South Africa. Nicholas now designs and makes furniture and other pieces, drawing on his many influences from countries he has lived in, other artists and furniture makers, and the wood itself. Clients can commission projects in wood through a process of consultation.
